2024 Nissan ELITE operates from 1/04/2024 to 31/03/2025.
Who is a Sales Manager?
A Sales Manager is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role and manages at least one Retail Sales Consultant/Fleet Sales Executive in a Dealership that sold 100 or more new Nissan vehicles in the 2023 calendar year. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be a "Retail Sales Consultant" for the purpose of the 2024 Program. General Sales Manager – Dealerships with NO Sales Manager enrolled on the Nissan Dealer User Management Portal can nominate to enrol as Sales Manager but must contact the ELITE Service Centre to advise. On confirmation they will earn points under this role.
Who is a Stock Controller?
A Stock Controller is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role and is currently employed in a Nissan Dealership. The Stock Controller typically acts as the head of vehicle logistics, and oversees the delivery and ordering of vehicles, entering sales data (OW, Enquiry & Matched) and retailing the vehicle in Niscom. While a Stock Controller may act on behalf of one or more Nissan Dealerships the Nissan ELITE will reserve one place per individual assigned to a dealership to earn points throughout the Program period. In the case where a Stock Controller is acting on behalf of more than one dealership (such as a dealer group), we will assign that Stock Controller to the dealership with the higher expected FY24 sales volume using the Nissan Planning Pack. Any person not fulfilling these requirements is deemed to be ineligible for the purpose of the ELITE.
Who is a F&I Manager?
A F&I Manager is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role (noting (ext-franchise) is ineligible) and is currently employed in a Nissan Dealership which holds a signed, and current retail agreement with Nissan Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd (“NFSA”), has successfully completed all necessary NFSA training requirements including the NCCP training module and police check, is a holder of a current NFSA ‘Nissan Access system’ log-in for the Dealership and holds a F&I Manager student category with active status in the Nissan Academy. Any member not fulfilling these requirements is deemed to be ineligible for the purpose of the ELITE Program.
Who is a Fleet Sales Executive?
A Fleet Sales Executive is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under Fleet Manager or Fleet Sales Consultant and conducts the day to day Fleet business within the sales department and works directly with Business, National Fleet, not for profit, Premium Fleet and Government sales types as described in the Nissan Fleet Plan date April 2023. Both roles are allocated the same point earning structure. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be ineligible for the role within the ELITE.
Who is a Retail Sales Consultant?
A Retail Sales Consultant is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role and conducts day to day Retail new vehicle business within the Sales department. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be ineligible for the purpose of the ELITE .
Who is a Service Manager?
A Service Manager is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role and manages the Service Operations in a Dealership. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be a "Service Advisor" for the purpose of the ELITE .
Who is a Service Advisor?
A Service Advisor is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role and sells Genuine Nissan Service, Parts, Accessories and Warranties* through the Service Department and contributes to the delivery of customer satisfaction through Aftersales. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be ineligible for the purpose of the ELITE. (*where accredited to do so).
Who is a Technician (Master/Advanced)?
A Technician is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under the role of Technician, Senior Technician, Workshop Foreman and/or NHPC Technician* and works on Nissan vehicles through the Service Department and contributes to the delivery of customer satisfaction through Aftersales. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be ineligible for the purpose of the ELITE. (*where accredited to do so). Technicians will be measured on the accreditation level they achieve in training and will be eligible if you are at an Advanced Technician or Mastertech level.
Who is a Parts Manager?
A Parts Manager is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role and manages the Parts Operations in a Dealership. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be ineligible for the purpose of the ELITE.
Who is a Parts Sales Representative?
A Parts Sales Representative is defined as a person who is registered in the Nissan Academy under this role and is responsible for developing and maintaining external trade, mechanical and panel customer relationships with the end result being increased sales of Genuine Nissan Replacement Parts, Accessories, Lubricants and Chemicals. This is a fulltime role with a minimum 4 days per week of direct contact with Trade Customers as described in Aftersales Policy AS03 1.0. Parts Managers are ineligible to be nominated as a Parts Sales Representative. Any member not fulfilling this requirement is deemed to be ineligible for the purpose of the ELITE.
What about Dealer Principals?
Dealer Principals are automatically registered into the Nissan ELITE via FY23 ELITE Dealer Excellence. Dealer Principal ELITE Status will be measured based on the FY24 ELITE Dealer Excellence rank in each category A, B and C. Refer to page 3 for more information.
Sales Managers, Retail Sales Consultants and Fleet Sales Executive (“Consultants/Executives”) – additional requirements for earning points
In addition to the criteria listed in the 2024 Nissan ELITE Guide, the following applies in relation to the earning of points in the ELITE program.
(a) Only New Nissan vehicles sold and registered on iNiscom during the 2024 program will qualify Consultants/Executives for points or be counted towards meeting a Sales Manager's target.
(b) Demonstrator and Courtesy vehicles will only qualify Consultants/Executives for points where the status of that vehicle was changed from "Demonstrator" to "Retail" on iNiscom prior to its sale. Demonstrator and Courtesy vehicles count in the total number retails vs target for Sales Managers. (c) "House Sales" will be counted towards meeting a Sales Managers target; however, Consultants/Executives will not qualify for any points in relation to "House Sales".
F&I MANAGERs - additional requirements for earning points
Only Nissan Insurance branded products are eligible for Nissan ELITE points & recognition. Only Nissan Insurance eligible new business policies sales attract points. Nissan Insurance motor vehicle insurance renewals do not attract points. Sales will be reported on bound policies processed in the month up to the last Friday of each month. Sales processed after this close off period will be carried forward to the following month. Nissan Dealers must hold an active Corporate Authorised Representative agreement with Allianz Australia Insurance Pty Ltd (as the underwriters of the Nissan Insurance products). Nissan Dealer staff offering Nissan Insurance products must have completed the required compliance training with Allianz Australia Insurance Pty Ltd relevant to the products being offered to customers. Nissan Insurance policies that are cancelled within the customer cooling off period will have points deducted from the following months result. The decision of Nissan Australia/Nissan Financial Services on all matters relating to Nissan Insurance and Nissan ELITE is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
Transfers
Members must notify the Nissan ELITE Service Centre as soon as possible when changing position within a Dealership or transferring to another Dealership. Transferring members will retain their unique Nissan ELITE membership number (Nissan Registration Number) at all times to ensure lifetime points are applied. Nissan ELITE membership numbers are exclusive to the individual member and points or sales are not transferable from one member to another. Any member who pools their sales achievements with other members will be disqualified from Nissan ELITE for the ELITE year.
Receiving Awards and Rewards
To be afforded the various achieved status levels within Nissan ELITE and receive any Award or Reward associated with such status the following qualification criteria must be achieved:
(a) Registration in 2024 Nissan ELITE, and
(b) completed all Training criteria applicable to your department - refer your Learn to Earn Points page in this guide.
(c) achieved the Customer Experience criteria applicable to your department - refer your How to Earn Points page in this guide.
(d) all Members (Sales, Fleet, Aftersales and Finance) must have satisfied the requirements stated in Changing Job Functions during the 2024 Program to be eligible for Premier Performer and Ultimate Performer Awards.
Changing Job Functions
At the conclusion of the Program period a member must have achieved at least 70% of their points from the Nissan Academy position they are enrolled in at that time and must have been enrolled in that position for at least four (4) months prior.
Recognition Award Tie Breaks
In the event of a tie for any:
(a) (i) Sales award (Manager or Retail), the member with the highest total of new Nissan vehicle sales for the Program period, as measured on the Nissan ELITE member files will be deemed the winner. If there is still a tie, the full award will be applied to each member still tied.
(ii) Fleet Sales Executive with the highest total of new Nissan Fleet sales for the Program period, as measured on the Nissan ELITE member files will be deemed the winner. If there is still a tie, the full award will be applied to each member still tied.
(b) F&I Manager award, the member with the highest number of NFSA contracts at 31st March 2025 will be deemed the winner. If there is still a tie, the full award will be applied to each member still tied.
(c) Service Manager award, the member with the highest change to single month CE score as at 31st March 2025 will be deemed the winner. If there is still a tie, the full award will be applied to each member still tied.
(d) Parts Manager award, the member with the highest GRP $ Achievement over target for FY24 program at 31st March 2025 will be deemed the winner. If there is still a tie then the full award will be applied to each member still tied.
(e) Stock Controller award, the member with the highest Average Stock Days held over the ELITE24 year will be deemed the winner. If still a tie then the higher Davo Orders - Limit % acceptance average held over the ELITE24 year will be deemed the winner. If still a tie then the full award will be applied to each member still tied.
THE NISSAN ELITE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. APPLICATION OF THE Nissan ELITE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 The Nissan ELITE Member Guide, as amended from time to time, together with:
i. these Nissan ELITE General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions”), as amended from time to time; and
ii. any specific Nissan ELITE Sprint Program conditions of entry shall govern the conduct of the Nissan ELITE and any Nissan ELITE Sprint Program.
1.2 Upon registration for any specific Program, eligible participants accept these General Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time and agree to be bound by them.
1.3 Participation in any Program is subject to these General Terms and Conditions and any rules, policies or procedures that may be adopted by Nissan Australia from time to time.
1.4 Specific Nissan ELITE Sprint Program conditions of entry will be in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. If there is an inconsistency between these General Terms and Conditions and the specific Nissan ELITE Sprint Program conditions of entry, the specific Nissan ELITE Sprint Program conditions of entry will prevail but only to the extent necessary and only in relation to that Nissan ELITE Sprint Program.
1.5 the Program Period for each Program is that period over which the Program is specified to operate and commences and ends on the date detailed in the Program.
2. PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Subject to the Nissan ELITE Member Guide, the staff of an Authorised Nissan Australia Dealership are eligible to participate.
2.2 The Dealership must be an operational Authorised Nissan Australia Dealership and maintain a current executed Dealer Agreement for:
i. the full Program Period; and ii. at the time that the Program Awards and/or Program Rewards, whichever is applicable, are distributed.
2.3 Participation of the Dealership staff in any Program is not subject to approval by the Dealer Principal.
2.4 It is the eligible participant’s responsibility to ensure that their activities are entered into the Nissan Dealer User Management Portal in order for the eligible participant to be entitled to any Program Awards and/or Program Rewards under any Program.
2.5 Participants will only be eligible for a Program Award and/or Program Rewards under a Program if they are employed by an Authorised Nissan Australia Dealership for the duration of the Program Period and remain employed by the Dealer at the time of distribution of the Program Award and/or Program Reward.
2.6 If a person holds multiple roles at a Dealership that person is only eligible to participate in a Program under one role – their participation role will be as nominated Nissan Dealer User Management Portal, unless otherwise permitted at the sole and unfettered discretion by Nissan Australia.
2.7 For the purposes of any Nissan ELITE Sprint Program, a Dealership may only have one person in each applicable managerial position, unless otherwise permitted at the sole and unfettered discretion by Nissan Australia. In the event of any dispute as to the person holding this role at the Dealership, the person eligible for any applicable Program Award and/or Program Reward will be the person nominated by Nissan Australia.
2.8 If a new Dealer is appointed, whether as a result of an open point appointment or a buy sell, during the Program Period and staff from the newly appointed Dealership meet the Program criteria, the newly appointed Dealer’s staff may be eligible to participate in applicable Programs.
2.9 In the event that an eligible participant moves from one Dealership to another Dealership during a Program Period, any individual program reward eligibility can be retained by the eligible participant. Transferring Nissan ELITE members must retain their unique Nissan ELITE registration number at all times to ensure lifetime points are applied. 2.10 Where an eligible participant changes position within a Dealership, the eligible participant must:
i. as soon as reasonably practicable and at the latest within 5 business days of the change, update their details in the Nissan Dealer User Management Portal; and
ii. notify the Nissan ELITE Service Centre as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt, the month date from which the update will apply is the date at which the Nissan Dealer User Management Portal records the change.
2.11 Where an eligible participant changes position or transfers from one Dealership to another during a Program period, the Nissan ELITE Service Centre will make every effort to transfer the applicable current credit.
2.12 Program Awards and Program Rewards are not transferable between participants or other Dealership staff.
3. DEALER CLASSIFICATION
3.1 Dealership classifications will be as advised by Nissan Australia in its sole discretion from time to time and may differ from one Program to another. 3.2 If there is an alteration to a Dealership’s classification during a Program Period which affects a Program Award and/or Program Reward, the Program Award and/or Program Reward will be measured by the target pertaining to the Dealership’s old classification up to the time of the change and the new classification thereafter.
3.3 Dealer Excellence achievement Bonus: Registered Nissan i_ELITE members are eligible to receive the Dealer Excellence Bonus 1000 points if:
i. They were employed at a winning dealership (attaining Dealer Excellence as at March 2023) for more than 50% of the FY23 period.
ii. Where a new employee commenced during FY23; they were employed at a winning dealership (attaining Dealer Excellence as at March 2023) and their Nissan Dealer User Management Portal enrolment is more than 50% of the FY23 period at the winning dealership.
iii. Where an employee transfers from one dealership to another dealership during FY24; there employment at the winning dealership (attaining Dealer Excellence as at March 2023) must be more than 50% of the FY23 period.
iv. Any exemptions to the above are at Nissan’s discretion.
4. MULTIPLE SITE AND MULTIPLE FRANCHISE DEALERSHIPS
4.1 If a Dealership is operated from multiple sites under one Dealer Code, it will be treated as one Dealership for the purposes of any Program.
4.2 If there is more than one person who holds a relevant managerial role within the Dealership, the person holding that managerial position at the principal location will be treated as the relevant manager for the purposes of any Program.
4.3 If an eligible participant is no longer fully dedicated to Nissan Australia in a multi-franchised dealership, the eligible participant will be ineligible to partake further in any Program.
4.4 If a dealer group/corporate entity has more than one Dealership under separate Dealer Agreements and separate Dealer Codes for each dealership, it will be treated as separate Dealerships for the purposes of any Program.
4.5 If the same person holds a relevant Program role within both Dealerships under clause 4.4, the person is only entitled to a Program Award and/or Program Rewards under one of the Dealerships.
5. CRITERIA AND REPORTING
5.1 Eligibility criteria for Program Awards and Program Rewards will be set and determined at Nissan Australia’s sole discretion. Program Awards and Program Rewards will be given based on verifiable data reported to Nissan Australia.
5.2 Failure to submit data will result in disqualification of the eligible participant from all Program Awards and/or Program Rewards for the period that the eligible staff member may otherwise be entitled to.
6. REWARDS
6.1 Program rewards, unless otherwise determined by Nissan Australia, earned throughout the Program are redeemable after the completion of the Program.
6.2 Program Awards, at Nissan Australia’s sole discretion, are distributed at special Nissan ELITE events throughout the year or as soon as practical after the relevant Program Period. 6.3 Program Awards and/or Program Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
6.4 If a Program Reward, or element of a Program Reward, is unavailable for any reason, Nissan Australia reserves the right to substitute another reward of equal or greater value for that reward, or element of it.
6.5 If a Program specifies, or anticipates, dates (or the dates are changed before, during or after the Program Period) between which a Program Award and/or Program Reward is required to be taken, the eligible participant will be required to take the Program Award and/or Program Reward at that time. The Program Award and/or Program Reward in these circumstances are not transferable to an alternative date.
6.6 If, in order to claim any Program Reward, the eligible participant requires a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation and visas, the eligible participant is required to arrange for the required documentation (including finding out what documents the eligible participant may require). Nissan Australia will not be responsible for an eligible participant who is unable to take the benefit of any Program Reward as a result of the eligible participant’s failure to obtain the required travel and/or supporting documentation.
6.7 Where required, eligible participants and, where applicable, any other Individual Participants may be required to sign an acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability for each experience. In addition, and if applicable, eligible participants and Individual Participants will be required to acknowledge that some Program Reward experiences are inherently dangerous, and if they choose to participate they will do so at their own risk. In particular, a reasonable level of health and fitness may be required. Nissan Australia reserves the right to preclude participation of anyone refusing to sign the acknowledgement / waiver or any person who is suffering from asthma, epilepsy, significant back or neck problems, physical or mental disabilities, or is pregnant or not able to participate in any of the experiences for their own or anyone’s safety. Nissan Australia will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to any Program Rewards or the awarding or taking of any Program Award and/or Program Rewards except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
7. TAXATION
7.1 The winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their Nissan ELITE prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of their prize. FBT will be reimbursed when a claim and respective proof of payment is presented by the dealership to Nissan’s Tax department by the end of July of the following FBT year.
8. AUDIT
8.1 Nissan Australia reserves the right to audit the Dealerships records relating to any Program and/or reported data and information at any time for any reason and in any manner it sees fit. The Dealer and eligible participant will cooperate fully with Nissan Australia in any audit process.
8.2 Nissan Australia reserves the right to invalidate any Program Awards and/or Program Rewards earned or recognitions given, affected by inaccuracies or errors discovered through the audit.
8.3 Nissan Australia reserves the right to charge the eligible participant for any Program Awards and/or Program Rewards found to have been obtained by misrepresentation and further to revoke the registration of that Dealer or eligible participant from membership of Nissan ELITE, at its absolute discretion.
9. DISQUALIFICATION
9.1 If a Dealer or eligible participant: i. provides inconsistent, inaccurate or unverifiable information; ii. does not comply with Nissan Australia’s policies and procedures or Program criteria; iii. is, or is reasonably suspected of being, in breach of laws relevant to the operation of the Dealer’s business and/or their Dealer Agreement; or iv. is conducting business dealings in a manner which is not, in Nissan Australia’s reasonable opinion, in the spirit of Nissan Australia’s vision and compliance requirements, the Dealer and the eligible participant may, at Nissan Australia’s sole discretion, be excluded from participation in any Program.
9.2 Should an eligible participant bring Nissan Australia into disrepute, Nissan Australia reserve the right to disqualify that member from:
i. participation in any and all Programs;
ii. membership of Nissan ELITE; and
iii. eligibility or entitlement to a Program Rewards and/or Program Awards.
9.3 Nissan Australia reserves the right to disqualify any Dealership (including the Dealer and all of its staff) and/or any eligible participant and/or individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process or any Program.
9.4 Where Nissan Australia reasonably believes that any eligible participant or Dealership has falsified records, or participated in any activity which falsifies records, or acted in a manner that is calculated to unduly skew, alter, or change any results, or commits any fraudulent act that has an impact on the results of any Program, Nissan Australia may at its discretion do any one or more of disqualify all relevant eligible participants, deem all relevant results to be amended so as to remove the effect of the conduct or otherwise take such steps as Nissan Australia deems necessary to address the occurrence. 9.5 If a Dealership and/or an individual, whether an eligible participant or not, is disqualified from participating in a Program, Nissan Australia may, at its sole discretion, disqualify that Dealership or individual from future participation in any or all Programs. Future participation in any Program will be at Nissan Australia’s sole discretion and dependent on, among other things, the Dealer and/or eligible participant satisfying Nissan Australia’s requirements in regards to the implementation of processes to ensure such conduct does not continue to occur or occur again and/or that any breach is remedied.
9.6 If an eligible participant is disqualified from any Program, they will not be entitled to any Program Awards and/or Program Rewards and if any Program Awards and/or Program Rewards have already been distributed under a Program from which they are disqualified, the Dealer or the eligible participant must immediately at the request of Nissan Australia return all Program Awards and/or Program Rewards given to that eligible participant. Where a Program Award and/or Program Reward is unable to be returned then the eligible participant must provide Nissan Australia with the monetary equivalent of the Program Award and/or Program Reward.
10. VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1 Any Program Awards and/or Program Rewards are offered at the absolute discretion of Nissan Australia and Nissan Australia reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or in any way change at any time without notice, the eligibility criteria of a Program and/or any Program Awards and/or Program Rewards. Unless otherwise specified by Nissan Australia, all such variations shall be deemed to operate retrospectively.
10.2 Notice of any changes and/or amendments to any Program may, if it chooses, be announced by Nissan Australia in writing. 10.3 Nissan Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained by eligible participants resulting from any withdrawal, cancellation, variation or change to a Program.
11. PRIVACY
11.1 The Promoter may require the eligible participant to partake in media exposure, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing and publicity without any further reference, payment or other compensation. 11.2 By entering any Program, the eligible participant consents to Nissan Australia’s use of their personal details (including name, likeliness, image and/or voice) for any marketing and advertising (in any form of media) that Nissan Australia may choose for an unlimited period without remuneration. 11.3 Nissan Australia may use any personal information of an eligible participant provided in connection with any Program for the purpose of running the relevant Program, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Program. Nissan Australia may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. If entrants do not provide the information requested they will not be able to enter the Program.
11.4 Nissan Australia is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of Nissan Australia’s privacy policy can be viewed at www.nissan.com.au. To request access to, or to update, personal information Nissan Australia holds about an eligible participant, eligible participants can contact Nissan Australia’s office (an administrative fee may be imposed to access personal information).

12. GENERAL
12.1 Nissan Australia’s interpretation of these Nissan ELITE General Terms and Conditions and Nissan ELITE Sprint Incentives Program conditions of entry, including determining Program Awards and/or Program Rewards eligibility, will be final and binding. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.2 Nissan Australia will have no liability to eligible participants because of the availability, and/or inability of Nissan Australia and/or a third party to supply vehicles or parts and accessories for sales purposes by participants for whatever reason. Such an event is not a basis for variation of a Program’s criteria.
12.3 Unless otherwise provided for as part of a Program’s criteria, Program Awards and/or Program Rewards are determined based on skill and chance plays no part in determining any Program Award and/or Program Reward. 12.4 Nissan Australia is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any communications network or lines, computer on-line systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials for a Program.
12.5 If any Program is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond Nissan Australia’s control, including due to any technical or communications problems, Nissan Australia reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Program.
12.6 Nissan Australia and its agencies and companies associated with any Program will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to a Program or the awarding or taking of a Program Award and/or Program Reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
13. DEFINITIONS
13.1 The following definitions apply:
i. Authorised Nissan Australia Dealership/Dealership/Dealer means a current Nissan Australia Dealership which has a current executed Dealer Agreement. ii. Individual Participants means a person who may, where permitted under the specific Program, partake in the Program Reward as a result of having a relationship with the eligible participant, such as being the eligible participant’s spouse.
iii. Nissan Australia shall mean Nissan Motor Co. (Australia) Pty Ltd, (ACN 004 663 156) of 1 Peters Avenue, Mulgrave, VIC 3170 and its related companies.
iv. Nissan ELITE means the nationally recognised Nissan Australia Dealership staff membership program for that relevant year. v. Nissan ELITE Sprint Program means each individual staff incentive program conducted by Nissan Australia from time to time for the benefit of Dealership staff.
vi. Program means, for the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, either the Nissan ELITE and/or a Nissan ELITE Sprint Program as appropriate. vii. Program Awards means the awards contemplated as part of the Nissan ELITE as detailed in the Nissan ELITE Members Guide from time to time.
viii. Program Criteria means the criteria stipulated by Nissan Australia for each individual Dealer incentive program. ix. Program Period means the period over which a Program will run.
x. Program Rewards means all rewards (whether in cash, voucher, merchandise, event invitations or other support) given by Nissan Australia for a Program.
13.2 TARGET ACHIEVEMENT AND RETAIL POINTS
In relation to retail or fleet sales volume and target achievement in the event of any natural events (example hail, flood, fire) resulting in vehicles being retailed into demo or sales type Z these vehicles will not count to target achievement and/or retail points unless otherwise advised by the NISSAN ELITE team specifically for the purposes of the ELITE program.
13.3 MODEL INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
Commencing 1st November 2023 till further advised, Qashqai J12 will not attract program points where unit specific points are allocated.
