Please note; if you are waiting for a new passport or do not have the required information on hand, please advise vera@destination.com.au as soon as details are available. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you or any family member has a valid passport with at least 3 months validity from expected date of return to Australia. 
If you or any family member are traveling on any passport other than Australian, you must have a valid Australian re-entry permit into all countries you are travelling to/from.

Accommodation I Park Hyatt Auckland

REGISTRATION includes 4 nights accommodation at the Park Hyatt Auckland commencing 14 July and departing 18 July, 2025.

PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS

All travellers including children must hold a valid passport with at least 3 months validity for travel to New Zealand.  Non Australian passport holders must ensure they have a current Australian re-entry permit.

The Operator will not accept responsibility for the validity of your travel documentation or for refusal of entry into New Zealand due to any criminal convictions.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

In due course, Destination (the agent) will request your flight details in order to finalise airport transfer bookings.
Please note airport transfers will be provided for Auckland arrivals and departures as per the following dates only:
Arriving Auckland on the 13 & 14 July 2025 only.
Departing Auckland on the 18 July 2025 only.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is strongly recommended that anyone travelling to New Zealand takes out comprehensive travel insurance cover in the event of medical issues, losses, delays or other situations. Please make your own arrangements directly with your insurance broker. Some insurance policies have limitations on claims related to COVID-19 and it is important to read the insurers PDS before purchasing to ensure it is the right policy for you.  

Please note we will require a copy/receipt of your travel insurance policy prior to departure.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
ARBS and it's agent Destination accepts bookings for the program package and tours and arranges travel facilities including the issue of tickets and coupons for carriage and accommodation for passengers, luggage and goods with companies or persons providing or offering the means of transport, accommodation and other items and services only upon the following conditions. 1. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which transportation, accommodation or other items or services are from time to time provided by the service providers. 2. The operators shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, additional expense or liability occasioned to any person or property howsoever caused or arising including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether due to the act, neglect, default or otherwise of its servants or agents or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the air, land or sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of dejeure or de facto governments or authorities, wars whether declared or otherwise, riots, strikes, insurrections, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical, custom or other regulations, delays and cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules of overbooking, improper or insufficient passport, visa or other travel documents or by any act, neglect, default or otherwise of service providers, their servants or agents or any other person on the tour. 3. The tour member acknowledges that the prices quoted for the tour to which these terms and conditions relate are based on arrangements with the service providers and on exchange rates, taxes, and surcharges current at the date of publication. Such prices are subject to increase without notice. Notwithstanding that the deposit or complete payment may have been made, the tour member shall be liable for and hereby agrees to pay any increase in price applying at the date of utilisation of any service provided by any service provider. 4. The operators make no representation or warranty with respect to the standard of service or accommodation given or provided by any service provider and the tour member hereby acknowledges that in entering into this agreement he/she has not relied upon any such representation or warranty by or on behalf of the operators. The operators shall not be liable nor responsible to any person in the event of dissatisfaction with such service or accommodation or be liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, vexation or loss of enjoyment arising from any act or omission whatsoever. 5. The deposit reserves a place for the study tour and forms part of the payment of the published price that shall be debit due to and immediately payable to the operators. The operators will be entitled to keep for its own account any interest earned on all monies paid to the operators. 6. Charges relating to amendments and cancellations for air travel will be governed by the applicable government approved airfare conditions. Charges relating to amendments and cancellation of land content and other items shall be as specified within the brochure. 7. ARBS does not by virtue of its endorsement of the information provided represent itself as either contracting with any purchaser of the program itinerary arrangements from The Operator or as having any other legal relationship with any such purchaser. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EXTENSIONS Any extension travel bookings, or arrangements by the individual made in addition to the official program itinerary will be governed by the terms and conditions of the operator supplying those services. Should you wish to cancel your extension every effort will be made to recoup your payments, however, please note that some suppliers have a no-refund policy. Any changes made after booking may incur additional fees and charges. SPECIAL NOTES: It is the responsibility of each person to ensure the following that they have a valid identification and travel documentation for the duration of their travel/arrangements.
